Professional, Experienced Real Estate Investors.
Josh and Kimberly Heuser are high school sweethearts who have been married for over 20 years. They have three children and two pups. They’ve lived in Northern, VA for the past nine years, after growing up in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio. Although they’ve ventured out of their home state, their friendly, down to earth Ohio values still run through them today.
The Heusers’ real estate journey started before they even met, when Josh’s father - a licensed general contractor for real estate investors - would take Josh to job sites, teaching him how to renovate properties from start to finish. Who knew those childhood wages would lead to a successful career in real estate investing?
The Heusers bought their first flip (a condemned property) with a money partner in 2008. They completed the renovation work themselves. It was hard work and held a lot of lessons, but it sold for a good profit. Although the housing market crash of 2008 derailed them from real estate for bit, they went on to graduate from college and create successful careers that would equip them in the other ways necessary to become successful business owners.
In 2013, the Heusers became landlords and so their real estate journey began again. In 2018, they bought their first flip in 10 years and haven’t looked back. They currently manage at least six active flips at one time and have completed close to 30 house flips over the past few years, with every one being profitable. They work with several money partners, from private investors to portfolio lenders.
Their relationships with skilled and fully vetted contractors, knowledge of design, construction, operations, real estate, property, project and account management give them unique experiences that are that are hard to find within one partner.
In 2023, they are looking to expand their reach even further - take advantage of the very lucrative Short Term Rental Market, purchase multi-unit properties, and increase the amount of flips they complete.
