Josh grew up being mentored by his father who was a licensed general contractor and managed renovations of real estate investors. Josh’s knowledge of construction enables him to manage large scale renovations.

Josh has been an Senior Account Manager for major government contractors for many years and knows what it takes to build successful relationships and manage the customer experience.

In-house Marketing and Design
As a previous Marketing Director - Kimberly has 20 years of marketing management experience. She is a skilled web and graphic designer. And also has extensive experience managing ads, social media and email marketing campaigns.

Kimberly has also served as an Operations Director for a global software company where she created processes for effective project management, as well as built a detailed reporting system to gauge success.
